Do I lose control over who works when?

No. The system proposes and you decide: every generated roster can be adjusted by hand with a click before publishing. It takes away the heavy lifting, not the judgement.

What happens if someone calls in sick at the last minute?

The system flags which slots are now uncovered and shows who is available to cover them without breaking rest rules or overlapping another shift.

Can staff see their shifts without logging in?
